Factors affecting software project implementation using agile software development methodology
Abstract
In this research we have discussed the qualitative study about the factor that causes the success and failure of the agile projects. The main problem is for Project Management Offices who have recently moved from waterfall model to agile model. . We gathered primary data from unstructured meetings and research. From this research we want to make software engineers, practitioners, and other people related to this field aware of the fact that there are some aspects that can cause failure and success of the project, so that they can manage and modify the project according to it and have expected results. The following concepts were recognized as failure and success factors.
